Our Estate Chardonnay has bright aromas of apple, pear, vanilla, and butter. The fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavors blend smoothly with the creamy butter, vanilla, and toasty flavors of barrel fermentation. Aging on the lees in new French oak for 4 months during secondary ML fermentation imparted the oaky smoky vanilla flavors. This wine has multiple layers that slowly unveil, making each sip unique. This Chardonnay is full and smooth on the palate; the perfect complement as an appetizer wine or the main course entrée. The cool Sonoma climate produces a naturally crisp balanced wine. This Chardonnay was barrel fermented in Burgundy oak barrels and sur lees aged for 8 months. Our Chardonnay is a rich style Chardonnay. The fresh citrus and topical fruit flavors blend smoothly with the creamy butter, vanilla, and toasty flavors of barrel fermentation. This wine has multiple layers that slowly unveil, making each sip unique. The cool Sonoma climate produces a naturally crisp balanced wine.

Our Carneros Gewurztraminer is a rich complex Gewurztraminer. Made in the sweet style, the fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavors blend smoothly with the complex fruity Muscat flavor of Linalool (indigenous to Gewurztraminer), to create a complex, fresh, wonderful tasting wine. Our Carneros Pinot Noir Rosé is crisp and clean with a bit of fruity sweetness to tickle your tongue. The fresh citrus, cranberry, honeydew, raspberry, and peach flavors blend smoothly with a crisp clean finish. The color comes from the red skins of the Pinot Noir grapes when pressed.

2005 Carneros Cuvée Rosé Millerick Road, Carneros

This dark rosé wine is produced from the red Merlot grape. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tank followed by secondary barrel fermentation, 75% ML and sur-lie aging for added richness. Brisk and refreshing, with sweet cherry, fresh strawberry, raspberry, and plum aromas. It has soft, round, juicy cherry and berry flavors with a full, rich texture and a touch of tannin for structure. Served slightly chilled as an aperitif or as an excellent accompaniment to picnic and barbecue fare, seafood, poultry, ham, and spicy ethnic cuisines.

This wine is rich with earthy, smokey, and vanilla flavors with a hint of Black Cherry. The flavors blend smoothly together and create a dry, licorice finish. 2006 Pinot Noir Larson Family Winery, Carneros (750ml)

Our Carneros Estate Grown and Produced Pinot Noir is an enticing balance of Californian and traditional wine making styles. The crisp cherry fruit up front gives way to darker hints of cola, raisin, fig, and tealeaf. There is an underlying hint of earth and loam typical of Burgundian style appellations. Firm tannins give this wine a sharp, clean finish that pairs beautifully with a bleu cheese and radicchio salad. Also, try with roast chicken or pork. Drink now or age for 3-5 years to soften the tannins and bring out a greater depth of the fruit.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon reveals deep, red color. The varietal aromas marry with the vanilla and spice of the barrels giving a distinctive Cabernet flavor. The Cab Franc is full of spice, bing cherry, and molasses with a hint of honey. The nose has a wonderful aromas of vanilla and oak. Ruby in color, smooth, light and wonderful with a nice dry finish. Pairs well with appetizers, cheese and fish.

2004 Merlot Millerick Road, Sonoma County

Our Merlot has black Bing cherry aromas and flavors with walnut and vanilla undertones from oak aging. Loaded with black currant and berry fruit flavors, blessed with a touch of herbal complexity and a lingering oak richness, this is a classic Merlot. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its rich flavor. Its soft tannins, full body, and long finish make this Merlot a perfect accompaniment to beef, lamb or pasta. 2005 Petite Sirah Millerick Road, California

Our Petite Syrah grapes were grown in California’s best Petite Syrah producing appellations; Lodi, Sonoma Coast, and Paso Robles. The Sonoma grapes develop intense flavors, spice, and rich mouth feel. The Central Coast Central California grapes add ripe fruit and berry qualities with a touch of pepper. French oak was used to soften the mouth feel. This Petite Syrah has jammy ripe fruit and berry tones that include blueberry, pepper, blackberry, and black cherry. On the nose, you find boysenberry and touches of black pepper and herbs. Our Petite Syrah is a great wine to drink with barbecue, Thick Juicy Steaks, Pasta, lamb, or pork. The wine has the balance to improve with bottle aging for the next three to five years.

Clearly Cabernet Sauvignon in body, the Merlot develops and softens the tannins while adding sweet cherry aromas and flavors. This wine is full of long and supple tannins with a hint of vanilla and toasted oak with notes of Bing cherry and chocolate. This Sonoma County blend seeks harmony of the Bordeaux varieties; including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Grenache. The grapes were grown in Sonoma County (76%), Napa County (17%) and Napa Valley (6%).Enjoy.
